The role emphasizes strong judgment, discretion, clear verbal and written communications, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Training includes security procedures, surveillance practices, and cross‑functional partnerships with store leaders and law enforcement when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid security license may be required in certain locations.

Responsabilités

• Resolve theft with sound judgment and compliant procedures.
• Identify theft trends using reporting and surveillance data.
• Lead shrinkage reduction efforts and protection standards.
• Investigate internal theft with AP leadership and investigations teams.
• Use video surveillance to monitor activity and support investigations.
• Maintain store safety for customers and employees.
