Qualifications

• Ability to observe, identify, and respond to suspicious activity in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with customers, colleagues, leaders, and law enforcement.
• Ability to use sound judgment and de-escalation tools to maintain a safe store.
• Discretion with proprietary, sensitive information and brand standards.
• For jobs in New York, a NYS Security Guard License is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify theft and shortage trends using surveillance and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with store teams and law enforcement on investigations.
• Prepare clear documentation and evidence for investigations and legal proceedings.
