Macy's is seeking an Asset Protection Detective to safeguard assets and prevent loss while maintaining a welcoming store environment. You will use surveillance, investigative tools, and partnerships with store teams and law enforcement to respond to theft and protect customers and colleagues.

You will collaborate with Asset Protection leaders to identify shortage trends, document incidents, and support investigations. This role emphasizes de-escalation, reporting, and strong ethical conduct.

Formación

• For jobs in New York, a current New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Experience in retail, asset protection, or law enforcement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify theft and shortage trends using surveillance and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with store teams and law enforcement on investigations.
