Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to support security, compliance and safety within the store. The role operates on an hourly basis and reports to the Market Asset Protection Manager, focusing on reducing shrink and ensuring inventory accuracy.

The position requires driving asset protection training, monitoring compliance, and maintaining safety standards on the sales floor. Strong customer service and collaboration with leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Criminal or internal investigations experience preferred.
• Experience with security, asset protection and safety.
• Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, EAS, etc.).
• Current First Aid/ CPR / AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in driving training and development for Outfitters on shrink, safety and security.
• Cascades directives to store leadership and Outfitters.
• Interact with customers and act on suspicious behavior while on the floor.
• Identify root causes of shrink by analyzing counts and audits.
