Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to support asset protection, security, compliance, and safety across the facility. The role will monitor procedures, educate staff, and ensure inventory accuracy while reducing shrink and maintaining a safe environment for customers and Outfitters.

The position, hourly with starting pay $17.13–$19.75, requires analyzing discrepancies, conducting investigations, and promoting safety programs on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Associate/Bachelor in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field.
• Experience in security, asset protection, safety preferred or retail inventory background.

Responsibilities

• Assists in driving training for shrink, safety, and security within a store.
• Cascades directives to store leadership and Outfitters as required.
• Demonstrates customer service and observes for suspicious activity on the sales floor.
