Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to uphold security, compliance, and safety across the store. You will help drive shrink reduction, inventory accuracy, and safe operations, with a focus on educating Outfitters and leading loss-prevention efforts on the sales floor.

The role requires investigative experience, CCTV systems proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with store leadership. Starting pay exists with benefits and a commitment to safety across our team.

Qualifications

• Criminal/internal investigations experience preferred.
• Experience using CCTV/EAS security systems.
• Quality reviews/audits experience.
• AHA First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Outfitters on shrink, safety and security practices.
• Analyze shrink drivers via cycle counts and audits to identify root causes.
• Monitor floors for safety compliance and customer interactions; promote security best practices.
• Investigate incidents, policy violations, and potential loss; participate in court testify if needed.
