You will analyze loss data, support training, conduct investigations, and help implement safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• Experience in security, asset protection, and safety preferred.
• Knowledge of criminal investigations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving training for shrink, safety, and security.
• Observe and educate for best practices on the sales floor.
• Identify root causes of shrink through data and investigations.
• Maintain asset protection systems and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare detailed reports and support safety programs.
