Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is hiring an Asset Protection Coordinator in Colorado to safeguard assets, observe sales floors, and drive safety and compliance initiatives. You will collaborate with leadership and Outfitters to address shrink and loss prevention, while maintaining customer service standards on the floor.

You will review inventory, investigate discrepancies, and participate in safety programs to ensure a secure environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct criminal or internal investigations.
• Experience with security systems such as CCTV and EAS.
• Familiarity with audits/quality reviews.
• Preferred: CPR/AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training for shrink, safety and security functions.
• Lead investigations into known loss and compliance issues.
• Analyze cycle counts and inventory discrepancies to improve accountability.
• Promote safety programs and conduct safety committee activities.
