This role emphasizes investigations, incident reporting, and compliance with legal standards to protect people and company assets. Ideal candidates will have experience training staff in retail security, strong incident response skills, and familiarity with surveillance and alarm systems.

Qualifications

• Experience training, coaching, or supervising others in a retail, security, asset protection, or related environment.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and respond to theft, fraud, safety, and policy-related incidents.
• Knowledge of company policies and legal requirements related to apprehensions, searches, seizures, and evidence preservation.
• Ability to complete required security training and maintain certifications required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Asset Protection colleagues by training, coaching, and reinforcing best practices for theft prevention, investigations, and apprehensions.
• Partner with store leadership to support a safe, secure, and customer-focused environment.
• Use surveillance, alarm, reporting, and computer systems to monitor activity, document incidents, and support investigations.
• Respond to customer and colleague incidents, including first aid situations, safety concerns, and potential liability matters.
• Support store and company policies related to apprehensions, searches, seizures, evidence preservation, and legal compliance.
