Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Las Vegas is seeking an LPC Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients.

You will serve as owner representative, manage lease admin, collect rents, prepare budgets and monthly reports, supervise staff, conduct property inspections, and ensure compliance with policies and contracts in an in-office role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years in real estate/asset management.
• Active Real Estate license; CPM or RPA is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Yardi or MRI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as owner representative to ensure client objectives are met and reports are delivered.
• Lead tenant relations, admin staff, and building operations to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver monthly operating and capital expenditure reports and budgets.
• Oversee lease administration, including setup, changes, and reporting.
• Direct rent collection and AR reporting with recommendations for action.
• Spearhead procurement, bid analysis, and vendor contract compliance.
• Manage daily and long-term team activities, schedules, and performance reviews.
• Supervise recruiting, hiring, and staff development.
• Ensure regular property inspections and authorize needed alterations.
• Provide strong leadership to drive results and ensure compliance.
