Lincoln Property Company seeks an LPC Senior Property Manager to lead all aspects of one asset or a portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients, supervise other managers, and ensure client objectives are met.

You will prepare timely, accurate reports, manage tenant relations, and oversee lease administration. Strong leadership and finance skills are essential for this in-office role based in the United

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License required where local regulation mandates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred; AP and CMMS proficiency.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties is required.
• Strong financial acumen to forecast outcomes, prepare budgets, and provide variance analyses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead teams and manage sensitive information.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and serve as Owner Representative.
• Manage tenant relations and maximize tenant retention.
• Prepare monthly reports and annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Oversee lease administration and reporting on expirations and covenants.
• Collect rent and report AR status with action recommendations.
• Direct sourcing and procurement activities and ensure contract compliance.
• Supervise assigned team including hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure property inspections and authorize maintenance and reconditioning.
• Document emergency response plans and coordinate drills and training.
• Drive results through leadership and performance management.
