Job summary

Lincoln Property Company in Plano, TX is seeking an LPC Property Manager to lead a commercial/industrial portfolio from office-based operations. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and finances, acting as Owner Representative to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities include lease administration, budget preparation, rent collection, and vendor management, with leadership over a team and ongoing reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred with 3-5 years of related experience; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA designation or candidacy preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; Knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred; AP and CMMS proficiency required.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties; working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, property taxes, and construction.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to forecast outcomes, prepare budgets with long-term capital plans, and deliver variance reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex topics and lead discussions.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and coordinate reports to meet client objectives.
• Manage team response to tenant needs and ensure staff resolve problems promptly.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Oversee lease administration including setup, changes, and reporting; monitor terms impacting financial performance.
• Collect rent and other charges; report accounts receivable status to clients with recommendations.
• Direct sourcing and procurement activities; analyze bids and manage vendor contracts.
• Lead daily and long-term team activities, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and staff development.
• Ensure property inspections and approve alterations or maintenance as needed.
• Drive results through clear direction and performance management.
