Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking an LPC Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. You will coordinate marketing, operations, and financial activities for client objectives, while supervising staff and ensuring compliance with leases and contracts.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a real estate license as required by regulation, and strong Excel/Yardi/MRI proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Yardi or MRI/Kardin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners and serve as Owner Representative to meet client objectives.
• Oversee tenant issue resolution via administrative and building staff per policies and contracts.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and annual operating and capital budgets for clients.
• Manage lease administration: review/setup, changes, and reporting; monitor financial terms.
• Proactively collect rent and AR status; issue client-approved legal notices when needed.
• Lead sourcing and procurement; provide bid analyses and vendor compliance.
• Supervise and coach the team; manage hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure regular property inspections and oversee alterations or maintenance as needed.
• Drive results through clear direction and performance management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
