Lincoln Property Company, a leading real estate firm, seeks an LPC Senior Property Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities for clients.

You will supervise teams, manage budgets, oversee lease administration, and ensure client objectives are met through proactive reporting and strong vendor management. In-office role with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation. CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Experience with commercial office, retail, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as Owner Representative to ensure client objectives are being met; prepare and deliver reports.
• Manage tenant needs across the asset; craft and communicate an effective tenant care program that maximizes retention.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
• Oversee lease administration activities; report on expirations, covenants, and encumbrances.
• Collect rent and other charges; report AR status with action recommendations; issue notices as needed.
• Oversee sourcing and procurement; ensure vendor contract compliance and savings.
