Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to oversee asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using CMMS at our sites in the United States. You will manage data accuracy, plan PMs, and coordinate field work across facilities.

The role requires 2+ years in maintenance planning, experience with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM ASE preferred), and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3+ years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years working with enterprise asset management software such as Infor EAM ASE.
• 2+ years data analysis experience in facilities maintenance and asset management.
• Must be self-driven, organized and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and publish facility PI metrics to management; interpret data, troubleshoot, and recommend actions.
• Maintain equipment metadata in CMMS (manufacturer, model, serial, system structure).
• Manage Work Order data: add equipment to PM plans, schedules, and work packages; define due dates.
• Coordinate scheduling of HVAC, dock door, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Develop and maintain PM plans, schedules, routes, and work packages for FC assets.
• Ensure WO data accuracy: hours, parts usage, WO type, closing codes, and WO comments.
• Schedule and assign work; manage WOs in the system from creation to closure.
• Maintain spare parts metadata (supplier, catalog number, min/max, pricing, part numbers).
• Drive materials management: requisitions, POs, PO receipts, 5S, cycle counts, and corrective actions.
• Work with facilities to reduce costs and improve parts quality.
• Coach staff on CMMS usage and best practices.
