Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Maintenance Planner to optimize asset maintenance, planning work orders, and maintain data accuracy in EAM systems. You’ll partner with maintenance teams, leadership, and stakeholders to standardize workflows and drive reliability.

You’ll own work planning, asset data, training support, and spare parts inventory, while applying data analysis to improve preventive maintenance programs and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and standard work processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Basic financial terms knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Authorize and manage work orders in the system for accurate planning and updating.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to implement preventive maintenance procedures.
• Provide software training to end users and administrators; act as liaison for system issues.
• Analyze parts/assets data and recommend software or process improvements.
• Publish facility metrics to management.
• Support as Tier 1 EAM for facilities team.
