CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join the Global Workplace Solutions team in the United States. The role focuses on organizing complex maintenance work, optimizing processes, and serving as the link between people, systems, and performance to keep operations running smoothly and reliably.

The position emphasizes asset data management, training support, spare parts inventory, and leveraging EAM systems to drive efficiency. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3+ years of related experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing facilities/maintenance activities.
• Experience with enterprise software and understanding of standard work processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage work orders for accurate creation, scheduling, updating, and closure.
• Analyze data on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Support as Tier 1 EAM for facilities team.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct regular audits.
• Provide software training to end users and new administrators; act as a liaison for system problems.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, leadership and stakeholders to standardize workflows and preventive maintenance.
