Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Planner/Scheduler in Boston. You will manage planning, scheduling, CMMS administration, and inventory aspects to optimize maintenance resource utilization.

You will serve as the liaison among O&M staff and the requesting department, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of work orders through effective backlog management and performance reporting.

Qualificações

• Education: High school/GED with equivalent experience; Associates degree in maintenance technology preferred.
• Strong communication, time management, and administrative and mathematical skills.
• Able to navigate CMMS and MS Excel; good planning and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule maintenance activities and generate the maintenance schedule.
• Analyze resources and assign mechanical, electrical, and engineering services.
• Coordinate with departments to prepare specs and work packages; include permits when required.
• Ensure materials, labor and equipment are available; perform QA in work orders.
• Maintain CMMS backlog and asset registry; communicate scope and priority to managers.
• Administer preventive maintenance tracking and distribute work to supervisors.
• Liaise between O&M staff and requesting departments for planning and scheduling.
• Review monthly performance reports and ensure cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
