Job summary

Mission Staffing is seeking a Recruiter for its internal Talent Acquisition team to support a New York asset management client. This full-cycle recruiting role partners with Finance, Operations, and select Investment teams during a high-volume hiring period.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in financial services, asset management preferred, and strong Workday ATS skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential to move quickly in a

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Financial services recruiting background required; asset management or mortgage experience preferred.
In-house, agency, or RPO experience supporting Financial Services or Asset Management clients.
Workday ATS experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Operations, and junior Front Office/Investment roles.
Partner with hiring managers on intake, role requirements, and hiring strategy.
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates in a high-volume environment.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates and stakeholders informed.
Extend offers and manage candidates through close.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS (Workday).
