• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Financial services recruiting background required; asset management or mortgage experience preferred.
• In-house, agency, or RPO experience supporting Financial Services or Asset Management clients.
• Workday ATS experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Operations, and junior Front Office/Investment roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, role requirements, and hiring strategy.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates in a high-volume environment.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates and stakeholders informed.
• Extend offers and manage candidates through close.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS (Workday).

Our client, an asset management firm based in New York, NY, is seeking a Recruiter to support its internal Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a full-cycle recruiter with financial services experience, ideally asset management. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers across Finance, Operations, and select Investment teams during a high-volume hiring period. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and comfort working within Workday as the team transitions from iCIMS.
