• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, asset management or related field.
• 10+ years in fleet or asset management with leadership
• Experience negotiating with OEMs and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the asset management team, setting clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Develop and execute the long-term fleet strategy for Ledcor's US Heavy Civil & Mining business.
• Lead capital budgets, fleet investment planning, financial analysis, and long-range asset strategies.
• Oversee equipment lifecycle strategies, including acquisition, replacement, and disposal decisions.
• Build partnerships with Operations, Finance, Ledcor Equipment Group, and Equipment Operations.
• Lead equipment sourcing and supplier relationships, including negotiations and performance reviews.
