Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating or improving organizational systems and programs.
• Strong knowledge of Maine state laws, rules, and directives affecting program operations.
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse groups and foster teamwork.
• Ability to identify and implement solutions for asset control, inventory, and cost containment.
• Understanding of financial management systems used by state government.

Responsibilities

• Advise client agency staff in asset controls, procurement, and budget management.
• Serve as central contact for adherence to policy and guidelines published by central control agencies.
• Conduct extensive research to ensure accuracy in asset records and reporting.
