Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent combination.
• Experience with procurement of goods/services preferred.
• Experience with IT hardware/software and contract management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Function as Jr. Asset Management Analyst for asset management tasks.
• Review user requests and technical specs for hardware/software compatibility.
• Assist in developing and maintaining an automated inventory system.
• Provide guidance to users to ensure timely and accurate requests.
• Coordinate receiving, distribution, installation, and relocation of inventory.
• Oversee interns or consultants on asset management tasks.
• Design, code, test, and enhance programs to generate analytical reports from ServiceNow and inventory database.
