You will also routinely be called on to conduct extensive research to ensure accuracy in critical asset record keeping. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills in addition to a strong analytical and financial background. This position is headquartered in Augusta with potential for a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.The background of well-qualified candidates will demonstrate the following competencies:1. A thorough and mature comprehension of Maine state laws, rules, regulations, policies and other directives from central control agencies that directly impact program operations and management at the agency level.2. A proven ability to effectively communicate with diverse group dynamics.3. Demonstrated skill in fostering positive teamwork in a collaborative spirit to resolve difficult matters.4. A proven and demonstrated ability to identify and implement solutions that improve communication, inventory and asset control, cost containment and minimize program deficiencies and resource waste.5.
