Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
• A thorough understanding of Maine state laws, rules, regulations, policies and directives from central control agencies.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and teams.
• Experience improving asset control, procurement processes, and cost containment.

Responsibilities

• Advise client agency staff in asset controls including procurement processes.
• Ensure accuracy in budgetary management of assets and auditable records.
• Serve as central point of contact for adherence to policies published by central control agencies.
