Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory methods and procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inventories of district property and equipment across schools and central offices.
• Maintain and update inventory records in Munis Capital Assets module.
• Tag equipment at various locations within the district.
• Assist with scanning documents such as purchase orders and invoices.
• Train staff on inventory and tagging procedures and maintain confidentiality.
