Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Level I Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Arizona FPCC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and standard formulas.

Responsibilities

• Log new equipment and property into the Fixed Assets module.
• Review requisitions to ensure assets have correct accounting codes.
• Calculate asset lifespans, track depreciation, and prepare reconciliation summaries.
• Use software to support accounting, reconciling, reporting and communication.
• Schedule physical inventories and internal checks across district sites.
• Coordinate barcode tagging for new assets and surplus disposition.
