Zusammenfassung

Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking an on-site contractor to assist ITIM personnel with daily management of IT inventory intake, moves, and upgrades for KSU-tagged equipment on the Kennesaw Campus.

The role involves alternating on-campus work locations (10% travel) with required valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance. Responsibilities include asset tagging, inventory records, and RFID tagging to support campus IT operations.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of warehousing, inventory processing, and asset management experience.
• Ability to advocate for customers and improve process responsiveness.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Update service requests and track task progress in appropriate systems.
• Receive and evaluate new and returned IT equipment; assign asset tags and update inventories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets including computers, A/V and networking equipment.
• Affix RFID tags to equipment for inventory and tracking purposes.
• Maintain correct locations in the Asset Management System; avoid co-mingling of items.
• Assist with organization and maintenance of IT storerooms or warehouses.
• Pull stock for upcoming installations and projects.
• Process IT inventory surplus per USG and DOAS procedures and update inventories.
• Keep a neat, orderly work environment and file IT inventory documents per ITOP processes.
