Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the BU, including fleet management, profitability analysis, and vehicle performance metrics.

The role reports to the Director of Asset Management and drives cross-functional coordination across sales, rental, maintenance, and finance. The ideal candidate will lead asset reviews, manage NYE and redeployments, and guide strategic initiatives to maximize asset value while sustaining

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or economics.
• Five+ years of experience in Rental, Operations, or sales industry.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee fleet performance, idle assets, asset task force, and weekly asset calls.
• Coordinate NYE, term-out units and redeployment across product lines.
• Lead asset reviews and special projects across BU.
• Drive sales/rental support: manage unit deliveries, order status, and in‑service/expiring units.
• Maintain maintenance operations: coordinate out-of-service and in-service units by branch.
• RVS/SCS support: coordinate end-of-lease actions and asset redeployments.
• Monitor depreciation, asset lifecycle, and financial aspects.
