Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner who will own lifecycle performance of assets for the BU, including fleet management, product line analysis and profitability. You will oversee ROA across 188,000+ vehicles worth $6.8B and coordinate asset processes across sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, RVS and finance.

Reports to the Director of Asset Management. This role requires leadership to drive asset optimization, weekly asset calls, and collaboration across functions to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Five+ years experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or related field.

• Coordinate asset calls and reviews with multiple departments.
• Drive profitability and ROA optimization and redeployment.
