Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner responsible for the lifecycle performance of all assets in the Business Unit, including fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance, and profitability across locations.

The role oversees ROA on 188,000+ vehicles and $6.8B in assets, coordinating asset processes across sales, rental, maintenance, SCS, RVS, and finance, reporting to the Director of Asset Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in Rental, Operations, Sales or related fields.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and improve asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management, product line analysis, margin performance, and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate asset reviews and leadership across BU to maximize assets.
• Manage calls, redeployment, and special projects.
• Oversee depreciation and asset lifecycle reporting.
