Zusammenfassung

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Business Partner to oversee lifecycle performance of assets across the BU, including fleet management, margin analysis, and profitability.

You will coordinate with Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, and RVS to optimize asset deployment and ROA for a fleet of over 188,000 vehicles valued at about $6.8 billion. You will report to the Director of Asset Management and guide asset reviews, KPI tracking, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Five+ years in Rental, Operations, Sales or related experience required.

Aufgaben

Oversee fleet management, asset performance and location profitability within assigned area.
Lead asset reviews and coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Rental, Maintenance, SCS, RVS).
Manage asset redeployments, depreciation and lifecycle for large fleet assets.
Spearhead weekly asset calls and special projects to optimize ROA.
