Job summary

Ohio CAT Rental Store seeks a Sales Asset Coordinator to support sales operations by coordinating equipment assets, demo and show inventory, and work order administration. You will liaise between sales, service, logistics, and administration to ensure asset readiness, accurate documentation, and timely issue resolution.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, equipment knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the sales team and enhancing

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in equipment sales support, asset coordination, service administration, or claims processing.
• Working knowledge of heavy equipment operations and maintenance terminology.
• Experience with work order coordination, warranty/goodwill claims, and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Demo & Show Equipment Management: track inventory, location, availability, and utilization.
• Coordinate machine assignments, transportation, and event readiness.
• Oversee CVA activity, goodwill claims, and service follow-up.
• Support PDI and SMR processes to ensure delivery per standards.
• Manage transportation and logistics-related damage claims.
• Collaborate with sales, service, logistics, and admin teams to ensure accurate asset management.
• Provide operational support to sales reps and management to improve asset utilization.
