Job summary

Ohio CAT Rental Store, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., seeks a Rental Coordinator to be the primary liaison for customers and staff. You will coordinate rental sales, support services and information flow for the equipment fleet, determining rental needs and handling reservations with strong customer service at the core.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years in customer service, familiarity with rental operations, and solid MS Office skills; heavy equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years in customer service; heavy equipment/rental preferred.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
• General knowledge of rental equipment and services offered preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales personnel, and company staff.
• Coordinate rental sales and support services and information flow for the rental fleet.
• Determine customer rental needs and manage all related reservations.
• Provide strong customer service to ensure a positive rental experience.
