Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of customer service experience, preferred in heavy equipment/equipment rental.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must understand and explain the LDW policy.
• Must communicate equipment applications and key performance specs.
• Knowledge of common equipment failure and resolutions.
• Understands construction phases to advise applications.
