Job summary

Ohio CAT is seeking a Rental Coordinator at the CAT Rental Store. You will be the primary contact for customers, sales personnel, and internal staff, coordinating rental sales and support services and ensuring smooth information flow for the branch fleet.

If you have a high school diploma, at least three years in customer service, and strong computer skills, you will fit well as you advise on equipment applications and LDW policies while supporting our community-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years' experience in customer service.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Must understand and communicate LDW policy.
• Must communicate equipment applications and key specs.
• Understanding of rental equipment usage and services offered.
• Knowledge of common equipment failure problems and resolutions.
• Ability to distinguish between similar products and their advantages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental sales and support services for the branch.
