Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Lead to guide one or more production teams in executing manufacturing processes. You will ensure timely completion of tasks, assign and explain daily duties, monitor progress, and train associates.

You will collaborate with Management to continuously improve production and assembly operations. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of shop leadership or equivalent manufacturing experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with ISO 9001; UL/NEC

Qualificações

• Two or more years of experience as a shop lead or equivalent manufacturing experience required
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English required
• Experience working in ISO 9001 certified environment preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Accomplishes manufacturing results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and disciplining employees.
• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, equipment, and resources; developing reporting procedures.
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing practices, record-keeping, and budgetary requirements, implementing change.
• Maintains safe, clean work environment by educating personnel on control points and ensuring compliance.
• Maintains relationships with union members by following the collective bargaining agreement.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data and recommending action.
