Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Production Lead to guide one or more teams in executing production processes. You will ensure tasks are completed on time, assign daily duties, monitor progress, and train associates. This role partners with management to improve manufacturing efficiency.

The ideal candidate has multiple years of shop supervision in manufacturing, proficiency in English, and experience with ISO 9001, UL, and NEC codes. A safety-conscious, cost-aware mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of shop lead or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in a safe ISO 9001 certified environment.
• Two or more years of experience in UL and NEC codes.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check.
• Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time.
• Alignment with company core values.
• Three or more years of experience as a shop supervisor or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.
• Two plus years of experience in the electrical industry preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in UL and NEC codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees and enforces policies and procedures.
• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring processes, variables, and equipment; improves efficiency.
• Schedules and assigns personnel to complete the production plan.
• Maintains quality standards and safety in operations.
• Keeps management informed with production performance data and reports.
• Develops and revises systems and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
