Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Lead to guide one or more production teams in manufacturing control panels.

You will ensure timely completion, assign daily tasks, track progress, and coach associates while working with management to improve processes. The role requires at least two years of shop lead or equivalent experience, strong reading of drawings, and compliance with ISO 9001 and UL/NEC standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a shop Lead or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Experience working in a safe ISO 9001 certified environment.
• Two or more years of experience in UL and NEC codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Plans, monitors, and appraises job results; coaches and disciplines employees.
• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring processes, equipment, and resources.
• Schedules and assigns personnel to complete production plans.
• Maintains production standards and investigates improvements.
