Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Lead to guide one or more teams in production and manufacturing processes.

You will ensure timely completion of tasks, assign daily work, monitor progress, and train associates while collaborating with management to improve production efficiency. Ideal candidates have at least two years as a shop lead in manufacturing, strong English communication, and experience with ISO 9001 and UL/NEC codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a shop lead or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Experience in ISO 9001 environment.
• Two or more years with UL/NEC codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes workflow.
• Plans, monitors, and appraises job results; coaches and disciplines as needed.
• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
• Maintains workflow, schedules, and reports results on shift summaries.
• Ensures production standards and equipment readiness.
• Develops procedures and monitors safety and compliance.
