Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an Assembly Supervisor to lead one or more teams in production/manufacturing processes. The role ensures timely completion of tasks, assigns daily work, monitors progress, and enforces policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with Management to improve production efficiency. You should have experience supervising in a manufacturing setting, strong English communication, and the ability to read industrial drawings; familiarity with ISO 9001 environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Communicates job expectations, plans, monitors, and appraises results; coaches and disciplines as needed.
• Recruits, hires, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring processes, equipment, and resources; implements improvements.
• Schedules work, sets priorities, and reports production results.
• Maintains production standards and ensures equipment operation and maintenance.
