Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Lead to guide one or more teams in executing production and manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes timely completion, task delegation, progress monitoring, and adherence to policies while collaborating with management to improve manufacturing workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of ISO 9001 practices, and a proven ability to mentor staff and optimize production

Qualifications

Two or more years of shop lead or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
Experience working in a safe ISO 9001 certified environment.
Two or more years of experience in UL and NEC codes.
US work authorization without sponsorship.
Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check.
Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more.
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time.

Responsibilities

Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
Communicates job expectations; plans, monitors, and appraises results; coaches and disciplines employees.
Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes and resources.
Completes production plan by scheduling personnel and reporting results.
