Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an Assembly Supervisor to lead production teams in executing manufacturing processes and meeting deadlines. The role focuses on coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

You will coach, schedule, and monitor quality while collaborating with management to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Strong English skills and ISO 9001 experience are required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience as a shop supervisor or equivalent manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English required.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications required.
• Experience working in a safe ISO 9001 certified environment required.
• US work authorization without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and organizes and monitors workflow.
• Accomplishes manufacturing results by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and disciplining employees; implementing systems and procedures.
• Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.
