Kelly is partnering with Motorola to hire Non-Builder Assembly Associates for temporary support in our electronic assembly process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to details, this role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge electronics.

Two shifts are available, 1st and 2nd, with weekday schedules. Prior assembly or electronics experience is a plus but not required; for motivated learners, this is a great entry into manufacturing careers with Kelly.

Pay Rates & Shifts

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:15pm ($16.00/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45pm–11:00pm ($17.50/hr)

What You’ll Do

• Unpack components and materials for assembly
• Pack finished products and prepare parts for shipping
• Support the shift supervisor with tasks, including basic computer work

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout your shift
• Lift up to 35 lbs independently; team lifting for 50 lbs

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous assembly or electronics experience is a plus (not required!)
• Ability to stand and move for the full shift
• Willing to learn and collaborate within a supportive team
• Basic computer and key entry skills
