Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM with overtime) to assemble precision components per drawings and work instructions. You will operate measurement devices including microscopes, document production data, and support other departments as needed while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will also participate in training activities and adapt to process changes as production needs

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of related assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi‑task efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
  • Capable of working in both seated and standing positions for extended periods.
  • Must be comfortable working with microscopes.
  • This position requires access to ITAR/EAR restricted information; U.S. citizenship, nationality, permanent resident status, asylee, or refugee status may be required.

Description
Assembly Operator (2nd Shift)

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM Overtime

Pay Rate: $18.84/hr ($17.84 base rate $1.00 shift differential)

Important Details
  • Orientation: First day (Monday) — 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM only. Regular 2nd shift schedule begins Tuesday.
  • Training: 1–3 weeks on 1st shift (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM)
  • Essential: Must be comfortable using a microscope (scope).
Position Summary

As an Assembly Operator, you will perform a variety of hands‑on tasks to assemble precision components in accordance with drawings, prints, and work instructions. You’ll help drive quality and efficiency while working with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and supporting various processes throughout production.
