Kelly is hiring an Assembler in Goodyear, AZ 85338 to join a supportive team in a clean, modern facility. Training pays $18/hour (First Shift 5:00 AM–2:30 PM) and Regular pay is $20/hour for Second Shift (Mon–Fri, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM).

You'll assemble parts, wire basic electrical connections, use hand and power tools, inspect quality, read job orders and diagrams, and keep work area safe and organized. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 1–3 years in manufacturing or construction, ability to

Schedule & Pay:

• Training: $18/hour — First Shift (5:00 AM — 2:30 PM), two weeks
• Regular: $20/hour — Second Shift (Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM — 12:30 AM)

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble parts and products, and wire basic electrical connections
• Use hand and power tools
• Inspect products for quality
• Read job orders and diagrams
• Keep your workspace organized and safe
• Complete simple paperwork and checklists

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working with your hands and handling tools

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 years’ experience in manufacturing or construction (framing a plus!)
• Able to read blueprints or tape measures
• Basic math and English skills
