Innova Solutions is hiring an Assembly Technician for a 12-month contract in Tempe, AZ. You will perform electronic/electro-mechanical assembly, interpret technical specifications, and conduct wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing while ensuring tolerance adherence to blueprints.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years post-secondary or an associate degree and 0–2 years of related experience, plus an active J-STD-C certification.

Job Overview

As an Assembly Technician, you will perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. You will comprehend and interpret a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units. Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

Ideal Candidate

High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. Active J-STD-C certification.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range: $22-$23 per hour.
