Innova Solutions is hiring an Assembler Rework in Irvine, CA. This full-time, contract-to-hire position performs manufacturing operations, rework, and final inspection per drawings and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in industrial manufacturing, experience with audits, and the ability to read drawings and use inspection tools. The role supports operators, drives continuous improvement, and requires English communication.

Qualifications

• High School or Technical School graduate.
• 2 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing process and/or quality system audits.
• Able to read two dimensional drawings for inspection reports.
• Ability to lift up to 15-30 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and use of measurement tools.

Responsabilités

Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembler Rework

• Position type: Full-time, Contract to possible extension or hire
• Duration: 6 Months
• Location: Irvine, CA
• Shifts: 1st 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

As an Assembler Rework you will:

• Performs Manufacturing operations in accordance with the associated documentation and the time allocated, using the resources available
• Is responsible for complex work and rework at unit and component level
• Chooses and implements suitable methods, resources and procedures.
• Brings support to the operators.
• Initializes and manages continuous improvement actions in and around his/her area.
• Performs final inspection duties when requested in accordance with drawings, EOs and any other regulatory requirement pertaining to the product.

The ideal candidate will have

• 2 years working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Has performed process and/or quality system audits
• Manual dexterity skills.
• Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction in English.
• Previous knowledge (one + year) of electronic sub-assemblies & system integration.
• Be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds. Manual dexterity skills. 3 years of experience using of mechanical inspection tools (caliper, ruler, scales, etc)
• Prior experience reading two dimensional drawings to create article inspection report
• Prior expertise performing process audits and assessments

Education Level Required

High School or Technical School graduate.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Pay Range

Pay Range*: $20 to $22/hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
