Cooper Farms is hiring a 2nd shift Assembly team member at our Turkey Harvesting facility in St. Henry, Ohio. No experience is required; training is provided.

Pay starts at $18.50/hour with a raise to $19.25/hour after 90 days, plus profit-sharing bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Work hours are 3:15pm–11:45pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to grow within the company and a range of health, retirement, and wellness programs.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled production area.

Aufgaben

• Monitor product and equipment during operation and report any changes.
• Insure accurate ingredient content of every batch and package according to customer specifications.
• Operate a walkie and learn the M-Tech System.
