Job summary

Cooper Farms Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Assembly team member at our St. Henry, Ohio facility. Work includes assembling parts, inspecting equipment, and monitoring processes to ensure products meet customer specifications. Shifts run Monday–Friday from 3:15pm to 11:45pm.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with potential increases to $19.25 after 90 days. Training is provided for this entry-level role, with profit-sharing bonuses and employee benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to tolerate a climate controlled environment

• Monitoring product and equipment during operation and reporting any changes
• Insuring accurate ingredient content of every batch and packaging product according to customer speculations
• Operating a walkie and learn the M-Tech System

Our St. Henry Processing plant in Mercer County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Assembly team member to join our team in St. Henry.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 3:15pm-11:45pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.50 with the potential of increasing to $19.25 after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:
